I Just Got My California Medical Marijuana Card

Medical Marijuana
Today I went to see my Cannabis Consultant Dr. to get my Medical Marijuana Card.
I did find it funny that I got to see him not far from 4/20 day & my appointment was at 4:10 LOL.
I kind of lagged on getting there, my dads GPS was being dumb.
When I got there I had a butt load of paperwork to fill out I could not even remember how many time I had to write my name.
After all that I went in to see the Doc, he was a nice man.
He was shocked to hear about my all the bad things that happened to my shoulder, as well as the pain drugs I have been on.
He asked me some questions then took a look at my shoulder.
We talked some more than told me well I’m going to approve you for the card. I was like ok cool.  🙂
I went back into the main office where we talked some more & they got my paperwork/card ready. To see the Doc it cost $100 & when I go back in a year to renew I don’t think it will cost as much to see him.
I will be doing a follow-up post on going to the Medical Marijuana Dispensaries also known as the Cannabis Club.

Update on the Ustream Viewing Application For The The iPhone, iPod touch, and iPad

As most of you already know my LifeCast was not showing up on the Ustream.tv Viewing Application for the iPhone, iPad Tablet & iPod Touch
& that is because
Ustream.tv had to update The Viewing App for only the iPhone, iPad Tablet & iPod Touch.
after that update any caster on the viewing app list who is not casting in
H.264 video codec and AAC audio codec
will not show up on the viewing app for apple devices.
Now why did they do that??
Here is what I got back from

Due to the codec restrictions on the iPhone HTTP streaming standard only streams with H.264 and AAC codecs can be played back on the iPad and iPhone so for this reason we are only listing those. Please switch to Ustream Producer for streaming (that uses the right codec) and your stream will appear again.

More BS Thanks to apple.
I do not like the Ustream Producer Application at all.
I tried the free one and let me say I installed it then 6 minutes later I uninstalled it, it’s really bad and I can’t believe the pay Producer Application would be better.
Maybe with time & some hard work the Ustream Producer Application could become soemthing good but in no way am I going to use it the way it is now.
So here I’m left thinking what am I going to do. now keep in mind I would only not show up on the
Ustream.tv Viewing App for apple devices but I would continue to show up on the Ustream.tv Viewing App for the Android Phone.
Well I knew The Adobe Flash Media Live Encoder 3.1 had H.264 video codec but as I later found out did not have the AAC audio codec. 🙁
but with some luck I did find a Plug-in made by MainConcept for Adobe Flash Media Live Encoder

now this plugin does cost a lot of $ but it is the only way to get AAC into Adobe FME
Here is where you can download the Adobe Flash Media Live Encoder

Microsoft Windows XP Internet Speed Tweaks

Internet Speed Tweaks, to speed up your Internet on Microsoft Windows XP Pro & Windows Home Edition
you would have to make some changes to your Windows Registry
but thanks to
SpeedGuide.net we can now make the changes with this nice GIU App Called TCPOptimizer.exe
CLICK HERE for The Guide on how to use TCPOptimizer.exe
CLICK HERE for The FAQ to TCPOptimizer.exe

When you use the TCPOptimizer Tool you will need to use the SpeedGuide Analyzer Web App

Remember that TCPOptimizer Only Works for Microsoft Windows XP Pro & Home Edition as well as Windows 2000, Windows ME, Windows 98, Windows 95.
So Do Not Use It On Windows Vista 32/64 or Windows Server 2008!!!!!!!

Here is a Patch for the TCPIP.SYS File made by lvllord.de
You will need this Patch for the fact that The TCPIP.SYS File that Microsoft gives you sucks.
This Patch Only Works on Windows XP Pro & Home or Windows 2003 Server!!!!!
EvID4226Patch223d-en.zip  EventID 4226 Patcher Version 2.23d (english)
    EvID4226Patch223d-de.zip  EventID 4226 Patcher Version 2.23d (german)

Now The Internet I have is fast,
I have Verizon Fios 35-MegaBits Download & a 35-MegaBits Upload.
The thing is when I got Verizon Fios Internet I was not getting my Full Upload Speed.
They gave me a registry file to fix it
This Registry File made some of the same changes to the registry that the TCPOptimizer Tool does
Accept This One
Whats inside of the Speed-Fix.reg

This was the one thing it did that no other speed tweak that I have seen did.
It really speeds up The Internet  in Windows.

This Reg Fix works on any other Internet Connection & only work on Windows XP Pro & Home Edition & Windows 2000.
The Speed-Fix.reg you see here has only the AFD\Parameters part in it so use that with the other tools you see in this post.

If you are looking for some ways to Speed Up your Internet on Microsoft Windows Vista 32-Bit/64-Bit or Windows 2008 Server.
Then go here
& look for

SG Vista TCP/IP Patch
Description: The SG Vista TCP/IP patch us a quick way to optimize Vista TCP/IP settings for broadband internet connections. It sets both netsh auto tunning levels and modifies the Windows Registry as recommended by our Vista Tweaks article. It is recommended to run the patch when logged in with administrative priviledges. The patch allows for reverting all settings to their respective Windows default values as well. Note you may have to right-click the link above and choose “Save Target As…” to save to your computer. To apply, save to your desktop and run as administrator (right-click -> run as administrator). Type Y when prompted to optimize parameters.
ONLY FOR Windows Vista 32/64, Server 2008.

Description: This registry patch changes the limit of half-open TCP connections to 500 (from the default 2-25). Note that this should only be needed pre-Service Pack 2, and a patched tcpip.sys version is necessary to utilize this tweak, as outlined in our Vista tcpip.sys connection limit article.
ONLY FOR Windows Vista 32-bit/64-bit.

I have never used The Patchs/Tweaks for Windows Vista & Windows 2008 Server.
Also as far as I know Windows 7 does not need Speed Tweaking but you may want to go over your Windows 7 Services and turn off anything that is not needed.
